How to Initiate a Claim or Return

To commence a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email our dedicated support team containing your original order number and a detailed description of your request. For warranty claims, please attach clear photographs or videos of the issue to expedite the assessment.

  2. Repackage the Item: Securely pack the product along with all original accessories, documentation, and components.

  3. Dispatch: Ship the consignment via your preferred trackable courier service to the address provided by our support team.

Return, Exchange, Return Freight & Logistics Policies

1. Conditions of Return

All authorized returns are subject to a formal inspection upon arrival at our facility. Please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any returned merchandise that has been opened or used.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in good, acceptable condition. We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds for items that are stained, excessively worn, or damaged.

  • Complete Packaging: The return consignment must include all original packaging, cords, accessories, and documentation. Incomplete returns may result in additional penalty fees or a complete denial of the refund.

  • Order Identification: A valid Next Percent order number must accompany all return requests.

 

2. Return Freight & Logistics

Unless an item is confirmed defective upon arrival, the customer bears full responsibility for all return shipping costs. We strongly advise utilizing a trackable freight service, as Next Percent is not liable for return parcels lost in transit.

3. Refund Processing & Financial Terms

  • Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed by our accounting department within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Timeline & Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original method of payment. An automated email confirmation will be provided once processed. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to clear, depending on your financial institution.

  • Finance Purchases: Any supplementary fees or interest charges levied by third-party finance providers are non-refundable.

  • Gifts & Exchanges: Items received as gifts may be exchanged for store credit, or the refund can be routed back to the original purchaser. Customers desiring an exchange should specify their preferred alternative product when initiating the return.

Warranty Policy

Next Percent stands behind the craftsmanship of our products. We offer a comprehensive 6-months limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty Inclusions

If a product is deemed defective within 6 months of the original purchase date, Next Percent will replace the unit at no financial cost to the customer. In specific circumstances, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, or improper transport.

  • Units transported or used outside of Australia or New Zealand.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Failure to adhere to provided care instructions or improper storage.

  • Cosmetic deterioration or damage exceeding the retail value of the product.

  • Products lacking a valid, dated proof of purchase, or items acquired from unauthorized vendors.

 

Troubleshooting & Fault Assessment

To expedite resolutions, all warranty and spare part claims are subject to a mandatory, structured troubleshooting process. This diagnostic procedure ensures our technicians can accurately isolate the fault before dispatching replacement components or authorizing a full unit replacement.
