Next Percent utilizes third-party logistics partners (e.g., Australia Post) for all deliveries.

By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions:

Estimated Timeframes: All provided delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Next Percent is not financially liable for any delays in transit.

Risk of Loss: Liability for the goods transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. We are not legally responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Customer Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. Additional freight fees will apply to re-dispatch parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unforeseen Events: Next Percent is not liable for fulfillment or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes).

At Next Percent, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Operating exclusively out of our Sydney headquarters, all orders are fulfilled directly from our local warehouse to guarantee swift and reliable transit.

Complimentary Delivery
We are pleased to provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders dispatched to addresses within Australia.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Our fulfillment team operates with strict daily schedules to expedite your delivery:

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders successfully placed prior to 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are processed and handed over to our carrier on the same business day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off are prioritized for fulfillment on the following business day.

Transit Times & Carrier Operations
All domestic consignments are securely routed through Australia Post.

Our anticipated delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:

Standard Post: 

Sydney& Melbourne Metro: 2 to 3 Business Days

Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania& Perth Metro: 3-6 Business Days

All Other Areas: 3-7 Business Days

Express Post: 

Sydney& Melbourne Metro: 1 to 2 Business Days

Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania& Perth Metro: 3-4 Business Days

All Other Areas: 3-5 Business Days

Please note: While our logistics partners maintain an exceptionally high rate of on-time deliveries, unforeseen network delays can occasionally occur. Our team actively monitors carrier statuses to ensure minimal disruption to your service.

Consignment Tracking & Support
Upon departure from our Sydney facility, an automated shipping confirmation will be issued to your nominated email address. This communication includes your official Australia Post tracking number alongside a direct link to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

Should you require any specialized assistance regarding your shipment's whereabouts, our customer service team remains at your disposal via email to investigate and provide exact transit updates.
