Q: Where are your products shipped from?
A: All Next Percent orders are processed and dispatched directly from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

A: We pride ourselves on swift fulfillment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are dispatched the same business day.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A; Yes, we provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia.

Q: How can I track my delivery?
A; Once your order leaves our Sydney facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided you have evaluated the product for a minimum of 14 days.

Q: Are there any fees for returning an item?
A: If an item is returned opened or used, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Unless the product is confirmed defective, customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in good condition with all original packaging, cords, and documentation.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, our team will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, Next Percent stands by the quality of our gear. All of our equipment, including but not limited air compression boots and blood flow restriction bands, comes with a comprehensive 6 months Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Q: What should I do if I experience an issue with my equipment?
A: If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team immediately. We require all warranty claims to go through a structured troubleshooting process to accurately isolate the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.

Q: Can I use my equipment outside of Australia?
A: Our Warranty strictly covers units used within Australia. Units transported or used outside of these regions are excluded from warranty coverage.
